Format

• AICES Rugby Trials will be structured with Association Teams playing other Association Teams. There will be limited individual nominations accepted. These boys may be placed in existing Association Teams (depending on past playing history).

General Information

• All players must fill in and lodge a Player Profile Form before participating in the trials. The player profile form should include all past playing history, especially representative honours. These forms must be given to your Team Manager by 8.30am on the day of the trial. Team Managers must submit all forms to Greg Aitken before 9.00am.

AICES RUGBY CAMP

• There will be a compulsory AICES Rugby Camp at Sydney Academy of Sport - Narrabeen for all boys selected in the AICES Teams. This camp will commence at 9.00am (arrive at 8.30am) on Saturday 23rd May 2020 and conclude on Sunday 24th May 2020. Approximate cost will be $160

ACCEPTACE OF SELECTION

• If you have been selected in the AICES Team to play at the NSWSRU Trials you must complete the online Player Acceptance Form before Monday morning to confirm. Failure to comply with this timeline may result in the offer to play for AICES being withdrawn. The link to this form can be found in the menu on the front page of the AICES Website. Shadows must also fill in a Player Acceptance Form.

  There will also be a general levy to cover the AICES Rugby Camp and playing uniform which players will keep after the final game. This levy is as follows:
  AICES Rugby Camp - $160.00 (Compulsory – Includes accommodation and all four meals )
  AICES Playing Uniform - $90.00
  General Levy - $60.00
  This will be charged back through your school next term. Uniform will be issued on arrival at camp.
