Information

• Multi class Events
  Please note that AICES is allowed three competitors per MC event at CIS. Based on the AICES results swimmers will be placed in the appropriate event for CIS. These places will be decided by the Swimming Australia Multi Class Scoring System (not physical places in the event)
  Please note that all Multi Class swimmers must have their classification added to their surname when entered into Meet Manager

  All multiclass entries must be submitted in the association MM entries
• AICES Carnival
  Download the AICES Sports App from your App store. You will be able to access all relevant documents for the carnival from the App.
  Please note that there NOT be any programs available on the day. Swimmers and parents should print their own copy from here and download the Meet Mobile App for live results. Details in the Downloads below.
  It is strongly recommended that all swimmers arrive one hour before their event. The carnival may run earlier than the approximate timeline and AICES will not accept protests for missed events.
  All events that are swum at CIS but not at AICES can be nomimnated for. Information on this process is below in the CIS Information
  All MM Entries must have the students in relays listed in the actual order they will swim.

Information Sheet

• There are a number of events swum at CIS that we do not swim at AICES. Competitors for these events are included in the AICES Team for CIS through a nomination process. Instructions on how to nominate students are available on the AICES Website on the Swimming page. Only Sports Co-ordinators can nominate in Team Manager. Nominated times must have been swum since 1st May 2019 and be verifiable on Results Central by Sports Co-ordinators before nominating. All times must be from a Long Course Meet. Short Course times will not be accepted.
  
  Nominations close (strictly) at 5.00pm Monday 25th March.

  There are a number of events swum at All Schools but not swum at CIS. These are also selected by CIS through a nomination process. These nominations are directly on the CIS Website by School Sports Co-ordinators. Nominations close Thursday 2nd April 2020

  A large number of students nominate for these events then either do not turn up for the event or withdraw on the day. If you nominate and accept an event you must swim that event.
